If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product for up to 60 days from the date of delivery.
Any product returned or exchanged must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Purchaser pays the shipping return costs and must request a return authorization number by emailing returns@freedomfloodvent.com before shipping product back.
Product returned will receive a full refund within 7 days of us receiving the product, minus a 10% inspection and re-stock fee.
